Well, got off to a bumpy start and sent Egg a copy of a template copoed from another site (can't remember which?) to which they replied with the usual bullying.
1) Risk of them counter claiming my full balance to be paid in 14 days. PAH!
2) The closure of my account.
3) The fact that they 'have computers and staff in place to process people going over limit.
etc
Soooooooo I've started again. I have sent the data protection act SAR letter to them which I think is a spot on reply to their sputum.
Just a case of sitting back and waiting.
Afetr just reading Tasmin's case though, I feel a bit over awed by all of this, especially considering that I am only claiming back £67. Is it worth my while? :-|
