    Default Next stage

    Can anyone please help.
    I'm now at Stage 3. Sent the lbaicon, received back the standard response.
    I've been reading and rereading all the posts on here, but don't understand what I have to do next. I know its file a claim but I'm not sure I fully understand what the "court package" is.
    Someone please help!!! I'm panicking!

    Aww don't panic cloudbuster, take one step at a time.
    File your claim, and wait a while
    In the unlikely event of needing to prepare a court bundle, then you will get all the help you need, both through advice, and by reading other threads and F.A.Q's etc.
