Just a little help from a friend
Hey everyone,
The claiming money back process has at times been a little confusing, after sending the letters 1-4 as suggested by the site, the final stage was to fill out a claim form against Nationwidewhich worried me a little bit, BUT, I have just completed a claim form on-line at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk, it is soooo easy to use and has made me understand what is happening next. wow i'm so happy now, good luck folks.
