    Default Shelter Pie Vrs UnWelcome Finance

    I have had a number of various HO and loands with these poeple -most are now settled but looking atmy varous statement ive ntoiced how much rubbish they have added onto each of my agreements.

    So its time to start to getmy cash back off them.

    Time for the SARicon I think!!!

    Does anybody know if you can claim back the really extornation "Agreement Fee" they seems to sprinkle like fairy dust everywhere?

    Merry old world this but the thing with agreement fees, even at
    Christmas, they are likely to argue they are a service not a penalty breach.
    to most innocent folk they can easily be confused, you never know,
    you should post what details you've got and we'll ensure nothing is
    Missing. It can get a bit hectic and intimidating but my advice is for
    you to take control of your case and just keep reading and reading
    loads until it clicks. Welcome aboard shelter pie.

    How do you het a claim started if you dont have any account numbers?

    Ive had various HP and Loan agreements with these unwelcome people over the years, and would love a trawl through my SARicon to find out what penalties they have clobbered me with in the past!!
