Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been allocated a preliminary hearing to decide if my case should be transferred to the Mercantile Court. The hearing is at Central London county court on the 18th of December at 10:30. Does any one else have the same date at the same court? I have heard that there is a lot of activity around the 18th. Also has anyone had experience as to what ltsb's solcitors do at this stage?
