    Eggicon have been far the quickest to respond in sending my statements, out of the four claims I'm making. Hopefully it will continue to go smoothly and at a speedy rate.

    Sending preliminary letter tomorrow, looking forward to reclaiming £80 I've been missing!

    Preliminary letter sent on 6th December

    Eggicon phoned yesterday, informing me they'd received my letter. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they are refunding my charges.

    Letter arrived from Egg today confirming £92.58 (charges & interesticon) will be refunded to my bank account in 4-5 days.

    Well chuffed!
