    Default Bank Offers Half of Charges in Compensation - How do I get All Charges back?

    Hi Guys

    I have sent off the first 2 letters to my bank and now have an offer of half the charges back with a form for me to sign to agree.

    What do I do now to get all the charges back?

    Any help appreciated
