    Default Me v Barclays/Woolwich

    Hello out there I am waiting for Barclaysicon to submit a defence they have 1 day left but I don't hold out much hope that will forget.the good news is I did speak to Barclays legal dept who said although they will enter a defenceicon they will settle eventually so all those out there do not lose hope....
    I may need help with the court bundels so any help will be great

    You will have a defence from Barclaysicon at the last minute. The allocation questionnaireicon will come through, return that with £100 (which is added to your claim). A court date will be set then they settle before that date.
