    Default Looks like i am taking them to court

    Have just recieved a reply from A and L from my lbaicon telling me basically to bog off. So look like i am going to court. Bit scary as the others had paid up by this stage, so not sure what i am doing. If anyone has any points please yell. Off to read up on filiing MCOL

    You'll be fine, just take time to read through some other posts and you'll see there is a pattern. You file MCOL, they lodge Notice of Intention to Defend, and then pay up.
