Default I MUCKED UP, should I start again or have they lost already

I've mucked up big time on my times. Due to being very busy and various commitments I have gone 2 months after the 40 day deadline without contacting Natwesticon again.

Also, they took a fiver from my account plus the £10 cheque and supplied incomplete statements.

    Here's the rundown.

SARicon sent 23/08/06 giving 40 days to supply statements going back to July 2000.

About two weeks before the 40 days they sent some statements but only going back to 4th October 2002. Surely I should have had statements back to the year 2000 as specifically requested in my letter.

What do I do seeing as they have supplied incomplete statements but also that I have left it for 2 months past the deadline? I have not incurred any charges since the letter so do not need to come up to date.

Thanks in advance for all help and advice.

Thanks for the link Michael, I've done the letter and it's ready to go first thing tomorrow morning (I've already amended my signatureicon).

If, which is most likely, this goes to small claims will it go against me that I've delayed by 2 months or won't the courts bother about that?
