    Default Sorry, me again

    Having had an offer which I will accept in partial payment and then issue, they made their offer 4 days after my last deadline of 14 days passed. How long should I give them in my accept/reject letter before issuing?

    You should always stick to your own timetable as set out in your preliminary letter and the lbaicon, regardless of any reponse from The Woolwich.

    If your deadline has passed, then issue your claim asap, and advise them in your reject letter that you are/have issued proceedings because they have not settled in full within the timescale that you gave them.
