On MOnday 27 November 2006 I submitted my money claim on line to calim back bank charges from A &L for £3776.16p!! When going through the data sheets I saw how often the charges they applied took me overdrawn and therefore resulted in more charges! I also could see how I have been chasing my tail for years as once you get behind financially it is so hard to get infront. It will be HUGE blessing if I receive the charges back. Im sure there are many of us who live 'hand to mouth' and so every penny helps?! Its about time we were able to get back from these large companies what they rightfully owe us.
Now I wait??!! eeeek! Ill let you know if/when I receive payment!!
