Just been on the phone to the lovely people at BOS. Charges from 25th nov - 30th nov comes to £215! (on top of the £1,500 or so they already owe me) The nice lady is so adament that they are legitamate charges so there`s nothing they can do. Well she did tell me my ststements are due to arrive tomorrow so they`ll get a nice wee letter back by monday morning! If i have to split the claims into groups of £750 (scottish law) can i send them all at once or one at a time?
thanks alw.
think i read someplace that there`s a way to go up to about £1,500 but might have to change the wording on the refund request letter. Only discovered this forum last week and i`m astonished that it hasn`t all been made public knowledge! Managed to resist the temptation to charge them £39 when i sent the letter askaing for my statements!!
