    Default PPI on RBS CC

    Hi,

    having served a SARicon on RBSicon I have now been sent the details.

    They have not included the original Credit Agreement, but interestingly there are LOADS of PPIicon payments (some as high as £50+ a month).

    How do I go about requesting a copy of the terms and conditionsicon plus my signed agreement to the PPI?

    And if they cant pr4ovide this, can I claim back ALL PPI payments (I cancelled it 2 years ago due to going self employed)
