    Default Court action

    I have sent the court forms of today through the website.Can anybody tell me if i lose the court case would i have to pay legal fees for Natwesticon.

    The banks always settle. They will settle. You will win!

    .... I think you could be liable but the judge would look at the bug bad bank and the poor consumer and wouldn't charge much if anything

    You are small claims, so no, you wouldn't be liable.

    It won't even get that far.
