Default I'm hoping I'm going down the right route?

I sent away a prelimary approach for repayment letter that BofS received last Friday for charges totalling £676 and £63 interesticon. However, I had copies of all my statements so did not send away the subject access letter to get the information. Can I still claim in the courts?

Yes, you can still claim. I have a business account so did'nt need to send a s.a.r.

The reason you should send the SARicon letter is so you have a record you asked the bank to provide information relating to any manual intervention on your account - there won't be any, but you need to ask.

So any ideas as to what I should do? is the claim not likely to go through if I don't send off s.a.r?
