Contractual interest - do I contact them again?
I wrote to Barclaycard reclaiming charges of £112 'plus interest ' but I did not specify at what percentage rate.
They have since credited £100 to my card account but won't refund the £12 as they feel it falls within the OFT 'guidelines'.
However, I still wish to claim the remaining £12 plus contractual interest on the whole £112. I have now reached the court stage.
Before I file a court claim, should I write to them explaining I intend to claim contractual interest or should I just file a claim? Similar Threads:
