Default Claim Settled 2 months ago but now more charges

    Hi,

My brother has battled with Lloydsicon over the past 6 months and eventually received a full settlement offer for £1000 2 months ago. Everthing has been fine until this month when a cheque which he payed into his account didn't clear in time and on 1 day they returned 3/4 direct debits and have charged him £160 for the privelage. He is furious. He has spoken to cutomer services and even his branch manager but they will not refund anyhting.

Could he start the whole claim process again?

    Any ideas please

    Thanks

    Hi
Yes he can start claiming again, as long as he didn't sign anything to say he wouldn't claim again when he received his settlement last time. There are a few people on here that are doing it all again after settlement.
