Just wondering if anyone has any advice, as the HSBC's solicitors have just entered a defence, i understand I wait for a questionnaire to be sent to me now - Is this right??
I'm starting to worry a little as the HSBC paid back £1980 for my personal bank account (I was claiming £2500), but have entered a defence in court for my business account(sole trader). Letter for both business and personal were sent at exactly the same time - Does anyone know if the rules are different when it comes to business accounts!!!
Any help would be really really appreciated!!
