Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am going to start proceedings today for the amount of £5,500 but am unsure which way to go. Should I just go for the small claims and reduce the claim to £5000 (although I understand I will still have to pay £250 application charges) or should I fast track for the full amount? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
