Question Small claims v Fask Track - poss. silly question

    Hi everyone

I am going to start proceedings today for the amount of £5,500 but am unsure which way to go. Should I just go for the small claims and reduce the claim to £5000 (although I understand I will still have to pay £250 application charges) or should I fast track for the full amount? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    I'd go fast track....

for info 4999 would be £120

    £5000 would be £250

    I assume this amount is excluding the interesticon s.69 @ 8% ?????

I would also say USE THE N1 form to submit the claim rather than MCOL.

See links in my sig which should help with a few questions.

    Hi karnevil

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, that is without interesticon at 8%. Bit scared but its got to be done.

    Thanks
