Hi all, i'm just about to take my partners aq form to my local court with the standard fee.. I've already Won my charges back from Natwest(£700) which didn't get to this stage, it was settle shortly after filing my MCOL. I'm a bit confused about what to send with the AQ any advice would be greatfully recieved. the amount my partner is claiming is £2000. The deadline date for him to return the AQ is the 3 dec(Sunday...typical) so will take it tommorow.
Thanks alot for the swift responce...
do you think it's likely my partner will get this over with before christmas, as it would be great for the kiddies( all six of them)...
You can never tell, the payouts seem to be happening at various stages of the claim at the moment. I'm a couple of weeks ahead of your claim and I'm still waiting.....not too much longer though....I hope.
Well i hope your claim is settled before Xmas, and i can only hope my partners is too. I will post to let everyone know the outcome or if we get a settlement. Thanks again Deller..

If? You will!
My advice is only my opinion, I am not a legal expert.

Don't worry too much about the Court date. IF it gets that far, the bank will have to disclose its regime of charges and true costs - and that's extremely unlikely. So you'll probably get settlement before then. Have you asked for Standard Disclosure? That's the normal break point.
