    Default AQ Question....Anybody

Hi all, i'm just about to take my partners aqicon form to my local court with the standard fee.. I've already Won my charges back from Natwesticon(£700) which didn't get to this stage, it was settle shortly after filing my MCOL. I'm a bit confused about what to send with the AQ any advice would be greatfully recieved. the amount my partner is claiming is £2000. The deadline date for him to return the AQ is the 3 dec(Sunday...typical) so will take it tommorow.

You don't really need to include anything with the aqicon unless you have any other documents which you think may help the judge to clarify the case.

However, I did include a further copy of my schedule to be on the safe side, so you could do that.

You can never tell, the payouts seem to be happening at various stages of the claim at the moment. I'm a couple of weeks ahead of your claim and I'm still waiting.....not too much longer though....I hope.

Don't worry too much about the Court date. IF it gets that far, the bank will have to disclose its regime of charges and true costs - and that's extremely unlikely. So you'll probably get settlement before then. Have you asked for Standard Disclosure? That's the normal break point.
