Hello there i have just posted my refusal letter to the £320 offered when they owe me £520 & £696 on two different accounts with BOS plus i have asked them to remove a default. I am now having second thoughts should i just accept the £320 and see it as a bonus really don't want to go to court but will if i have to. Maybe i should have just wrote that i would accept £400 on each account its not really about the money but would be nice its more getting the default off my account. Please let me know as i can get the letter back our posty doesn't come till 1pm
You're doing the right thing. I'm sure of it.
Like you , I was very very worried and so far, I got my money back from 2 separate institutions. And there's more to come.
Even now, I waver between "I hope they pay up before it goes to court" and "Oh, I really want to see the bstrds in court"...
It's quite normal to feel that way. (apart from the likes of Dave and Bankfodder who just looove to sink their teeth into banks' backsides, lol)
Of course, at the end of the day, it HAS to be YOUR decision. Have a look at the "concluded litigation" section, and then decide.
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
