hi i am claiming money back from rbos. received letter from tommy mcclean on 27/11/06 offering full refund with usual term & conditions, but there was no mention of removing my default which was only given because of there illegal charges. please help as dont no how to reply.
Re: rbos agree full refund but no mention of default
I would write Tommy a letter if i were u sayin that u will accept the offer.. and will not go ahead with a court claim on the terms that the default notice is removed from your account!
Re: rbos agree full refund but no mention of default
thanks sara. i rang tommy today and he told me removing default will be no problem just add it to the letter like u said. he also said the letter was just a standard letter i received as they are receiving so many claims.
