I find it quite disgusting that even after the recent ruling that the credit card companies have to lower their charges to £12, RBSis still unwilling to do so as I have recently discovered on my April Statement.
I have also sent both letters into RBS Credit Card division requesting that they refund the charges applied to my account and they have declined, stating the usual rubbish about their fees being part of the terms and conditionsblah blah blah.
Once my other two claims with RBS have been settled, I will definitely be putting in a claim for my credit card charges.
