Sent my SAR icon

out to A&L in September. They took 43 days to respond.

The account is only 18 months old and they have so far charged me £706 (most of which has been incurred since June).

Will be sending my letter before action icon

today.

Decided I'd prefer to deal with one at a time as I know I'll get confused otherwise so have placed A&L on a back burner until I've finished with Abbey icon
