My claim exceeds the £2000 limit of the N. Ireland small claims court. Rather than going to the county court I was wondering would it be worthwhile approaching the Financial Ombudsman at this stage? Has anyone had any success via this route?
split your claim in 2 if it's an NI concern you are claiming against....if it's a UK mainland bank,if you have a friend in England,go through Moneyclaim and use their address as a "care of" for documents to be delivered to,and the limit is £5000 over there.If you need more help,PM me...
