    I've got a mortgageicon and a current account with the BOSicon and was reading about them closing peoples accounts.Does anyone Know if they could do that with me if i take them to court ?

    hi,
    yes they are within their rights to close your account however BOSicon are not doing this as standard. i have won a case against them and am now going for the second and to date there has been no word of them closng my accounts. they have to give you thirty days notice in any case to allow you time to set up alternatives.

    im none too sure what the score is with this one im afraid however i would think that if your mortgageicon has never had any problems then they would be unlikely to close this.

    As a rule, because the mortgageicon is covered under FSA regulations (rather than unsecured loans, which are covered by the consumer credit act) they are highly unlikely to 'recall' the mortgageicon debt if you claim your bank charges back. To be honest, even if you have an unsecured loan from BOSicon they would be higly unlikely to recall the debt.
