HELP please can any body help me,iv just split up with my partner and he was sorting every thing out for getting bank charges back but its up to me now and i do not have a clue what to do,i think he was just doing the spread sheets please help

I would start again. Were they joint accounts? Also have you informed the credit reference agencies like Callcredit, Equifax,Experian, that you are no longer connected financially. This can be a problem if you don't disassociate yourself from your previous partner. You ask for your credit file, cost £2.00 each. Once received you give them a call and the send you out a form to fill in to disassociate yourself from your partner.He normally has to sign the form too,but i have found that if that can't be done due to not talking etc, a letter explaining that you are not in touch would do.I had myself disassociated with my ex years ago and when she did'nt pay a loan back, would have come after my belongings with baliffs if i had'nt.
