Hi everyone, I need help with a SAR request, I don't think the template in the library section is suitable.
the reason being is that I received my Experian report today. One of the items on it is from TFI who placed a charging Order on my home last year for the amount of £1523,90. in 12 months due to interest it has increased to £4646. At the time of taking out a charging order this company also took out a CCJ, both where granted in in court on the same day I need a copy of all this info plus the balance of the account when they bought it from HFC bank. I have a old experian report that showed every payment has been made, never late etc and a closing balance of £900, I also have a lot of statements after the old experian showing payments where still being made I don't think I owed this dept at all but did not have the evidence at the time when we where in court. How do I get all the details. The SAR in the library does not cover these items only bank Statements. and will TFI supply them to me
Please Please help

Hi, a s.a.r letter will get you what you require its not just for bank statements, you are the subject therefore the request is for ALL information of all your transactions and correspondence with them from when you started these accounts ok?
If you need any further help just ask!
Good luck
And yes they do have to provide this information
I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!

I would SAR both bank and TFI.
its another tenner but should collectively give you all that you need.
I would also send the bank an s10 notice to show them that you mean business and will be taking this higher.
The s10 can be found in the banks temp library and can even be included with your SAR.
make sure all are sent registered.

Hi Martin. thanks for that info, I have sent the S,A.R to both today. I have posted in another thread about a s10 request. I sent a s10 to Lloyds TSB I first asked for advice a couple of weeks ago. I recieved a reply from them yesterday stating that the s10 does not apply to them under s10 (2) and Paragraphs 1 & 2 of schedule 2. What do these sub sections mean. I gather from their responce that they will continue processing data about me to 3rd parties. Are they right can they still do this.
