Got charged £38 for forgetting about my £27 mobile phone bill. Lodged money to cover it the very next day when I realised. Received my statement a couple of days back with a letter saying I was also being charged a £28 "account maintenance" fee. After the stuff I've been through with this site, I thought "no way I'm paying £66 just cause I forgot about my bill". Sent them a letter saying how I was disgusted with the charges for an simple oversight. Sent it on Saturday, got a phone call yesterday saying they are refunding them. Money in account this morning. Get in!
If only it was this simple to get larger amounts back.
