    Default jaykay v barclaycard

    hi everyone been readin this forum for a while now
    got my statements
    sent my prelim request for £285 plus interesticon on 20th nov
    got letter acknowledging and to reply by the 19th dec on 24th
    so do i wait till 19th before i send lbaicon?
    mistake of including interest wat to do?

    hi, stick to your timetable, so lbaicon out on 4th Dec.

    I presume you mean the county courticon interesticon? Just don't make further reference to it in your LBA. Don't worry, it won't affect your claim.

    Got a letter from barclaycard now saying that they will refund the difference between £20 and £18. Will be sending my lbaicon on the 4th Dec. Looking foward to it
