Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been reading posts here with interest for the last week or so, and yesterday decided to take the plunge, and get MY money back....
I telephoned BOS banking, to check my balance etc, and while i was on, pressed the option to speak to a customer advisor, her name was Lisa, and she sounded nice , I asked for all my statements for the last 5 years, and she put a request in for them. She said charge would be £5 and debited from my account balance.

I asked for mine in the branch personally with an equally nice wee teller who was more than happy to order them, untill she asked her supervisor a question who nearly had kittens!!!!!
She sent the poor girl over to ask why I wanted them, then over came big Helga with an attitude..........Im thinking my branch of BofS has wind of whats happening!!!!
