No reply from Woolwich or Barclays

Hi,

I need some advise, I have a current account with Woolwich and after sending my prem letter. Woolwich sent a letter to me that Barclays icon

Bank will contact me which they did once and they said they are still investigating and never got back.

Now i have just posted my lba icon

letter to both Woolwich and Barclays recovered delivery last week and waiting on the 14 days, if i don't hear anything from them then i will charge them to court.

But who do i charge to court, Woolwich or Barclays. None have not even been made me any offer yet and am still been charged £35 for being overdrawn.

My question is do i add the overdrawn charges to the when i charged them or who exactly do i charge.

Advice needed.

They are very slow to respond, how long have you given them?
Just continue with whoever the accounts are with, if and when you get a response to lba icon

's make a note of where the letter came from i.e woolwich or Barclays icon

and claim from them (their head office address)

If it goes to court just cite Barclays T/A The Woolwich and use the above address on the N1 form for the court.
