    Default £750 claim limit

Is there a limit of £750 per claim in Scotland ?. My claim is less than £750 but interesticon charged on this shall take it over the threshold....

hi yes there is a 750 limit in scotland. As far as I know if it's the 8% percent interesticon you're talking about then it doesn't matter if that takes you over the 750

    cheers

yip it's the 8% interesticon that takes it over.
    cheers....

p.s.. charges came to £662.00. Then using spreadsheet, charged interest at 2% above base rate on these charges which came to £46.28.
Have then charged 8% Judicial interest on this total (£708.28) which comes to £56.66 giving grand total of £764.66 with regards my court claim... does this sound correct method ofworking the iterest to you ??.
