hi yes there is a 750 limit in scotland. As far as I know if it's the 8% percent interest you're talking about then it doesn't matter if that takes you over the 750
yip it's the 8% interest that takes it over.

p.s.. charges came to £662.00. Then using spreadsheet, charged interest at 2% above base rate on these charges which came to £46.28.
Have then charged 8% Judicial interest on this total (£708.28) which comes to £56.66 giving grand total of £764.66 with regards my court claim... does this sound correct method ofworking the iterest to you ??.
