Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sent SAR to Barclaycard, Nat West Card and Bank and GM card x2. Response with all details from NAt West and Barclaycard- with the microfiche argument- but so far three weeks later absolutetly no response from GM card at all. Anyone else had any experience with GM?
GM are a bit of a pain and i have complained to the ICO over their behaviour.
You can only complain once the 40 day statutory period has expired, if they haven't sent you all the data you need by then complain and/or take them to court for non-compliance.
