    Default sent letter before action...what do I prepare?

    Hello guys,

    this week I sent off my letter before actionicon to Halifaxicon, giving them 14 days to refund my charges before I take it to court.

    What I need to know is, what do I need to prepare for when/if the 14days runs out with no reply?
