I was successful this week in my Claim for repayment of bank charges, against the RBS. I issued proceedings for £604.00 in October. They made an offer of £325.00. I ignored the offer. They failed to file a defence and I entered judgement. I gave them 5 days to pay or I was going to issue a bailiff's warrant. I received the cheque by recorded mail on the 5th day.
I have been with the bank for over 8 years, however I must say that htey have the worst customer service I have ever come across.
Since I first issued, I have had another £110.00 taken from my account.
I will have no hesitation in suing again if they do not payup. Watch this space.....
