Hi paul i have just recieved the response to my lba letter in which they say their charges are in line with everyone eles and that they are basically not going to repay mine, which is actually £8,187 in three years. I am at a loss as to carry on or not i am scared of going to court. any advice?
Keep going. You will be given the usual fob off letters but follow all the advice on here and don't let them scare you. I'm going through all of this and it is now with the small claims court. Remember, they're in the the wrong, not you
