I received an offer for half the amount about three weeks ago which i refused they have filed a defence and i have filled in the allocation questionaire. I am awaiting the court date i have been looking on the forum and most people have been offered the full amount by now. Also i am dealing with their solicitors and have never had any contact with tommy mclean am i doing somthing wrong? Please advise.
HI Mjack theey paid in full the beginning of the january but i have another problem now i kept using my account as they had sent me a new highline card. Problem is they cleared my account out over two weeks ago so they have 4 grand of my money nice one. They will settle eventually just take the money out as soon as it has cleared. Be grate full for any advice as to what to do next. Sharon xx
