Hi all,
I have successfully claimed back bank charges on 2 of ny 3 bank acounts. I have been charged on 2 credit cards too and one has defaulted me and the other keeps on rising. Could I claim these charges back too. If so, is it the same process for the bank charges. I have looked in to the FAQs but could not get the answer to my question, so sorry if i seem to be a pain.
Re: Credit card charges/Bank Charges, same process?
Short answer is yes. The legal principles here apply to any form of penalty charge under contract that is disproportionate to the cost of remedying the breach. Lots of people have recovered these charges from credit card companies.
