A friend received this portion of text in a letter yesterday from the loans part of Liverpool Victoria:

From what my friend says, she's asked that they allow her to communicate via letter and stop calling her. I didn't want to pry too much into her affairs and ask just how much trouble she was in, but how would you deal with it ?

That's a fair point made bu bottomburp, they may have a company policy for daily phone calls - although goodness knows why - but your friend has a human right to privacy and that includes not being harrassed.

As a follow-up to this: My friend received a letter from TELOGRAM, saying that there was a "message being held". Like a daft mare, she called them and it transpired that Liverpool Victoria were the "message". She said that she had no problem receiving their mail, and what else were Telogram doing with her details - "Nothing", they said, and advised her to take it up with LV.

So, our of interest, she called LV up who had no idea who Telogram were, or why they had her details... I read that they were part of Capquest - But they claimed to my friend that they hold messages for various companies, but wouldn't tell her any by name.
