    Hi All,

    Received an offer of £500 today in Full and finalicon settlement of a claim for £3483. Obviously my rejection letter is going in the post first thing tomorrow. Do you think I'm likely to get a second higher offer more in line with what I'm claiming? Don't want to get my hopes up that I'm getting somewhere with them. I am due to file my court claim next week.

    I'm in exactly the same position as you. I received my offer yesterday which was for a lot less than I'm claiming. I posted my rejection letter today.

    Hi,
    I sent my rejection letter (£1934)7 days ago and today I recieved the full offer (£3371).
    The person dealing with me was Tommy Mclean, I think he doesn't want to go to court.
    So just stick it out.
