    Question Court Procedings

    Hi All,
    I've been filling my court papers in but im not sure if im doing it correctly.
    i filled in the total amount of £732.00 which the bank owe me.But if the limit is £750 the bank wont be able to pay me my 8% interesticon.Could someone tell me if im doing this right please?

    My claim against BOSicon was for £720.....Plus 8% =£268....Plus my £39 court fee, they payed the lot.
