Could someone tell me an address in England that I can sent my MCOL to as the Edinbourgh isnt acceptable.
Also when claiming the interest owed for charges can I claim for Charges, Referall Charges and the Interest?
Need to fill out MCOL either Thursday or Friday this week.

Use the branch address in England. Can I just check where your letters have been sent to as they should stay in England too or your case could fall under the Scottish legal system which limits small claims to #750.00 going back 5 years.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
