Hello
I'm very new to this so will be needing some help.
Basicly my husband opened a royalites account over 7 years ago while living in Scotland. However, he is in the Army and has been living in England for the past 6 years. So would this need to go thourgh English or Scotish law?
Secondly, due to being in the Army we are currently living in Germany however we are classed as being on uk soil, so would i be able to claim for my money or would i need to use my Husbands parents address in Scotland.
You're not being ignored, I promise. But I don't know if anybody knows the answers, I know I don't. Hopefully in our great melting-pot of users, someone will reply soon...
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
