I don't know if I've put the cart before the horse here, but I think I followed advice given on a previous thread.
I'm currenty reclaiming from Barclaycard. I had the usual statement mess where they refused me statements before 2004 as they were on microfiche. After much looking around I decided that I would pay for them - three pounds each, which came to £138, and claim the money back.
Barclaycard have paid me the bank charges now, but are refusing to pay the £138 I paid for the microfiche statements or the £10 for the S.A.R - (Subject access request) costs.
We are now at a point where Barclaycard have issued a defence, so we're well into the process by now - any ideas?
