    Question Taking them to Court?

    Hey folks I have got to the stage where the deadline for my lbaicon has passed and I am now in the middle of completing Small Claims paperwork. As I am in Scotland I know it's slightly different to England and am wondering if someone could confirm the following;

    * My claim can only be up to £750 - Is this bank charges only or does the £750 include the interesticon and charges?
    and
    * Can I only claim back the past 5 yrs of charges or is it 6yrs?

    Cheers

    Hi, You can only go back 5 years in Scotland. I think if you go back 6 the bank will go to court and tell the judge your claim is time barredicon!
    Have a look at my claim below regarding interesticon ect.

    Best wishes.

    Scott.

    Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.
