Hi all,
I have sent final letters etc & declined final offers from both the above banks but unfortunately I have been off work for the last 10 weeks & have not been able to get out to do anything more with ref the court actions. Do i have to inform the banks that i am still taking them to court after this long delay since my last letters to them, or can i just crack on with the court forms now? Also not sure exactly what to put on the forms for example address, what should i say etc so if anyone can help me i would be most appreciative.Lueeze was good to me initailly when i started this out months & months ago so if anyone else wants to lend a hand that would be cool.
