Default airodek v Royal Banl Scotland

    Hi everyone
i am about to issue proceedings against RBSicon the claim is for £4674.00. when interesticon and court costs are added it comes to £6245.00, as this puts me in the "responsible for their costs" if i lose, would it be better to not claim the 8% interest?
    regards
    airodek:-?

Just send them letter as per my thread Natwesticon bank charges. This is now their standard reply. They are hoping to intimidate you in to withdrawing your claim. Stick to your guns.

    Hopefully not for too long.
There are at least 4 complaints as I know of that have gone to the LS over this.
