i am about to issue proceedings against RBS the claim is for £4674.00. when interest and court costs are added it comes to £6245.00, as this puts me in the "responsible for their costs" if i lose, would it be better to not claim the 8% interest?

i am about to issue proceedings against The Royal Bank of Scotland for charges of £4694.00 plus interest plus court fee which takes claim to just over £6000, watch this space for all developments.

Cpr part 18 is something Cobbetts are not entitled to ask for before allocation.Briefly its a comprehensive detail about your defence.

Just send them letter as per my thread Natwest bank charges. This is now their standard reply. They are hoping to intimidate you in to withdrawing your claim. Stick to your guns.
