Sent my Data Protection Act in june, filed court claim in august and hearing date is end of feb. will be 8 months in total but thats with a 4 month wait for a court date. Your time limiting factor will probably be how busy your local court is

they are dragging mine out to the very end i think, claiming for £1,624, recieved a letter stating my court date is for february, although SCM wanted an extra month from 7/11/06 to settle and amazingly enough said they wouldnt be available for all of november.. it seems that its all through scm and some are going through quicker than others, check my thread for updates http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...more-time.html

16/11/06 recieved court date set for FEBRUARY 13th 2007
