    Default Quick settlement

Has anyone had a quick settlement from Lloydsicon TSB or has it taken on average 4months for everyone?

    Cheers

    Hi Timmy,

Read through the Lloydsicon threads and that should give you some idea of how each case is handled and the sort of timescale you will be looking at.

    Hi Timmy
Sent my Data Protection Act in june, filed court claim in august and hearing date is end of feb. will be 8 months in total but thats with a 4 month wait for a court date. Your time limiting factor will probably be how busy your local court is
